Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from delivery.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags, labels, packaging, invoice, and accessories, if any.

Returns or exchanges may not apply to customised items, personalised products, final sale items, clearance sale products, innerwear, hygiene-sensitive items, or products damaged due to customer handling.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, Handsoffate may offer store credit, an alternative product, or refund where applicable.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, Handsoffate will approve or reject the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or another approved method within a reasonable time.

Shipping charges, cash-on-delivery charges, convenience fees, gift wrapping charges, or other non-product charges may be non-refundable unless required by law or approved by Handsoffate.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and invoice.
